Job Duties

  • Answer inbound tech support customer service calls
  • Working with our systems to assist customers with technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Help Ticket management and tracking
  • Reports and Dashboard creation/manipulation
  • Utilitarian work on products updates, shipping information, user interfaces, etc. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools thru our system
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options to fit customer needs
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes


  • 1+ year technical support / customer support experience in a help desk environment
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem Solving with a quality focus
  • Operating Systems and PC Proficiency
  • High school diploma
  • Quiet home based work environment

Desired but not required

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree
  • Familiarity with the work as home environment


Pay negotiable based on experience
